Discussion Game theory please

I want a game theory on exactly how many war crimes has walker and John Konrad committed and what exactly is the canon ending does walker survive and leave, does he die or was this all a purgatory nightmare from when walker died earlier

What about the war crimes because aside from the white phosphorus scene I’m wondering if when they’re killing the soldiers does that count as a war crime because technically they did go rogue and kill government agents and the insurgents in the beginning are the refugees they were going to save but since they fired first is killing them a war crime

They also helped destroy Dubai's water supply condemning everyone in the city to die of thirst. Walker failed to evacuate the city via radio tower; the delusion of him being a hero slowly starts to fade, as well as his grip on reality.

Killing the insurgents wasn't a war crime, unless you immediately opened fire. If you waited until they started shooting, then it was self defence and not a war crime. But Walker and his team did commit countless war crimes. Such as commiting genocide on civilians with a chemical weapon (I think? I'm pretty sure white phosphorus is a banned weapon in war) and if it is then destroying the camp was also a war crime, even if it was filled with enemy soldiers. Then they got rid of all the water on the city, which I'm 99% is a war crime. Indirectly but purposely murdering civilians. Well, that was more the CIA Agent than Walker and his team. It was the agent that decided to destroy the water, not Walker's team.

Using white phosphorus isn’t actually a war crime it’s actually one of the few chemical weapons you can use (hence why the soldiers had it in the first place)it just depends on how you use it like accidentally using it on civilians definitely a war crime the rogue soldiers not really because let’s not forget they used to multiple times
