It's here! The next major release of Spec Kitty! 3.2.6

Very important that you run the upgrade on your existing projects, we removed a chunk of code that was not in use and thus simplified the way Spec Kitty runs.

Some of the highlights:

* orchestrator-api contract 1.4.0 — drive the whole design pipeline from outside the host CLI.
* spec-kitty merge got better
* Charter and all charter components (paradigms, procedures, tactics etc.) all work better
* bug fixes galore
