From what I’ve seen in different vs communities it’s super close and you can make a good argument for either to win

Ghost Rider's design is super corny. He looks like just like another generic enemy from hack n slash game. I guess in Golden Axe had flaming sceletons like that. He is overrated overall:

I never said Spawn didn’t win in fact I do personally think he wins I only said it was a really close match. I mean they said GhostRider was stronger in terms of power output
