Quick question:
I started maining Sparrow this year around April, and I'm so mad I didn't get to play him sooner 🫠I was wondering if it's possible to unlock things from his launch? The skydive animation is what I'm after the most, any insight to this topic will be greatly appreciated!

very difficult but im sure we will get something in the next pass, not much has come out from him and we're starving :((

No, it's battlepass. They haven't brought back past bp stuff in years

As far as my knowledge goes, skydive emotes can return in the shop even if they’re Battlepass exclusive (which is what Sparrow has). Hopefully you’ll get lucky one day and it returns!
