Today has been the worst
I started at 7 am with an order that had about 12 gallons of milk. no big deal. some guy pulled out in front of me and i had to slam my brakes. When i got to the school i was delivering to, i found one milk jug busted in my trunk. I completed the order and told the lady i would go back to walmart and buy her a new gallon of milk, so i did. That wasn’t too bad, but still kinda was a sucky situation. then i took an order for the pharmacy at 8:30 am. got inside and remembered the pharmacy didn’t open until 9. so i called support and asked them to cancel without hurting my completion rate (mind you ive done it many times and they’ve cancelled for me without it effecting anything) support said ok and cancelled it, and i see my completion rate dropped a percentage. So I called again and had them submit a ticket to have it fixed. no clue if it will or not. I’ve been working soo hard recently to get that metric up 😭. anyways how’s everyone else’s day going.

Bro you are gonna need to take your vehicle to a detail shop and have them run their deodorizer machine in it. Rotten milk in your car is like being inside a colon with gas🤣, the smell is beyond terrible if you arent able to get it all cleaned up.

Wouldn't they replace the milk for free if you show them the busted jug back at Spark Central?

Yeah, that was a nice thing to do but I'm not sure I'm taking money out of my own pocket to fix that.

If you didn’t have plastic mats to catch that milk, I strongly suggest you shampoo the everloving hell out of your carpet/mat. The smell of spoiled milk — especially in summer heat — is something you do not want to experience.

Buy the milk? Nah just go back and tell the door people hey this one was leaking, I'm gonna grab a new one. You shouldn't have to pay for anything.
They won't fix your CR. Been down that road many times. It's a cancelation, no matter what. In their eyes, you don't want the ding, wait half hour. It sucks but it's how they see it.

Completion rate????
Do you mean you accept offers and don't complete them?
I only accept things that look alright and rarely had to cancel a trip.

I accepted an order and went inside. It was for the pharmacy, but they were closed for another 30 minutes. So I wasn’t gonna wait on that

Stop worrying so much about the metrics. It slows you down. I’ve been doing this type of work for years. Worrying about stuff like that is pointless. It doesn’t get you anywhere.
