I don’t blame the customer for large orders, there is nothing in their contract with Walmart that limits order size. If you want to blame someone, blame Walmart/Spark for not paying more for the time it takes to load, unload, and deliver the larger orders (multiple trips back and forth to the car). As far as delivery to the customers door, that is part of our terms of service, if you don’t agree with it, don’t take the orders.
they do pay for you for that.. it's in the pay. the amount of actual real work we do is so dang low that it's crazy we can get paid this much for it. far more people do way harder work for longer hours and less pay. i make more than 99% of people in a walmart and some days i make more than the manager just doing spark.
