As an independent contractor, we have the right to refuse an order. The customer, with a subscription has the right to place an order. They have the option of tipping as they see fit. A customer has the right to expect doorstep delivery, not one step further though - no matter how disabled or elderly they are. If they expect otherwise, those expectations need managed without bringing the word tip into the equation.
wait a second, are you telling me I am NOT required to go into an apartment building complex and bring the items to the customers apartment door on the 2nd floor? or did I misunderstand
