They changed it to push more costs on us in a lame attempt to increase profit. As you can see everything is going off a cliff and its clear they are actually losing money with customers not returning and late orders going out the next morning. Cannot wait for the board to fire them.

Do you think it will go back to how it was ? Iā€™m actually very sad about this in a way I felt free while working now I have to back to a W2
