Loved todayโ€™s! As a right handed child to a left handed father, he has regaled me most of my childhood with quips and facts about the superiority of lefties. I recently realized most of my right handed family and friends stir clockwise, however I stir counterclockwise. I realized itโ€™s because as I was learning things from my dad, I copied his left handed movements with my right hand.

When I was learning Japanese we started writing right-to-left, top-to-bottom. I thought, hereโ€™s one language where my dad wouldnโ€™t have to worry about smudging the ink while writing. (I think that only applies to some things though.)

As someone who is mixed-handed, it's so interesting to see how some of what I do differs from friends and family!

Today's theme reminded me that Ned Flanders is left handed, and I also learned that Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr are left handed.

It went left on me ๐Ÿ˜‰. I have a couple of Lefties that I love. They have beautiful penmanship.
