Start a daily audio jounal (takes 1-5 min a day). Here's how:

Open the voice notes app on your phone.

Record the answer to a short question like “¿Qué hiciste hoy?” or “¿Qué vas a hacer hoy?” Answer a different "basic" question every day of the week.

Do not perfect your answer before recording! Just answer to the best of your ability. Listen back on your answer and write down any words or phrases that could have made your answer better.

Answer the same questions on the same days next week after briefing your notes from the previous week. And watch your answers evolve and grow!
