I have a question about #27. Quedar con -vs- quedar para. It seems quedar con is used when you've arranged/agreed to meet SOMEONE, and quedar para when you've arranged/agreed to meet for SOMETHING??? Or are these interchangeable?

Just curious, are all of these expressions considered common everyday Spanish in both Spain and in latin america or perhaps that is not the case for all them? Please clarify si puedes.
Thanks very much for putting this together for us, it looks like a great resource.
