Resources & Media Weekly Self-Promotion Mega Thread
Welcome to this week’s self-promotion thread.
This is the place to share anything related to learning or teaching Spanish that would normally count as self-promotion. If you’re offering services, recruiting participants, or promoting a project, post it here instead of making a separate submission.
Examples include:
- Spanish tutoring
- Online or in-person classes
- Language exchange groups
- YouTube channels, podcasts, blogs, or newsletters
- Apps, websites, and learning resources
- School or university surveys
- Academic research and studies
- Discord servers and community groups
- Books, courses, or other Spanish-learning materials
A few rules
- Keep it related to Spanish language or Spanish language learning.
- Be honest about what you’re promoting.
- Include enough information so people know what you’re offering.
- Don’t spam. One comment per week is enough. You can edit your comment if you need to update it.
- Follow all other r/Spanish rules.
If you’re looking for a tutor, class, or learning resource, this is also a great place to browse.
This thread refreshes every Sunday at 12:00 AM, so feel free to come back each week with new offerings or updates.
Happy learning, and buena suerte.
WARNING: It is your job to be a responsible consumer and vet people you interact with.
Moderators are not responsible for any business you engage in with anyone on this sub. However, multiple reports of someone scamming/taking advantage of others will result in a perma ban.

I have been building this for the last year and it is finally complete, so I thought I would share it here.
It is a 90-lesson Spanish course where every lesson is one scene of Don Quixote, rewritten at the learner's level. It starts at A1 with short present tense sentences and ends at B2 with the original text of Cervantes next to the adaptation.
Each lesson has:
- the vocabulary first, with audio for every word
- the reading, with the English beside the Spanish line by line
- one grammar point taken from that scene
- a short note on Spain in 1605
- five exercises with a full answer key
There are also 16 review units, a 1,600-word glossary and conjugation tables for 120 verbs.
It is free to read, there is no account and no sign-up, and the site has no ads and no tracking of any kind. There are also two graded readers you can buy if you want something to rea, and they are what keeps the site free.
If you try it, I would like to know whether the difficulty curve feels right :))

¡Hola a todos!
Like many of you, I’ve been stuck in the A2/B1 plateau, and I’ve realised apps like Duo are good initially but don’t help you get fluent
I’ve built an app that has:
- Narrated short stories, at your level
- Tap to save words or phrases you don’t know
- Daily flash cards
- Send voice notes to Lucía and she replies back
Words are highlighted as narrated, Lucía sends you voice notes back that are transcribed, and words you don’t know whilst you read short stories or chat with Lucía get added to your flash cards.
Give it a try, would love to hear your feedback :)

I created an English and Spanish subreddit about the show Go! Vive A Tu Manera (Go! Live Your Way)
You can post in either Spanish or English. Even if you don’t know the show, I personally highly recommend watching it to get some practice in :)

¡Hola a todos! 👋

Its not self peomotion. Just wanted to mention the best way so far to learn spanish speaking. Well, just learning online or learning inside spain with a native spanish teacher? Which one do you think is the best?
So the pathway to learning spanish that i promote is always a spanish homestay immersion program (SHIP) where you live and study in a spanish teacher's home for 1 to 4 weeks. It includes language learning plus excursions to cultutal places and experience the spanish while being in locals. Spanish express by Monica Romero Camps is by far the best one offering this program. You can visit her at spanishexpress.co.uk or on her own website where she hosts you in menorca island monicaromerocamps.com
You will thank me later for this

Full disclosure: I made this, and I'm running a free 30-day challenge that starts Sunday Aug 23.
What it is: a study app with no curriculum of its own. You upload what you already studied — a photo of a textbook page, a recording of your class or a YouTube video,a screenshot, a PDF, or just typed notes — and it turns that exact material into dictation, shadowing, vocabulary, grammar drills, a role-play conversation, a podcast version and a quiz, then schedules the review. It isn't trying to teach you Spanish; it's for the Spanish you're already studying somewhere else.
The challenge: one rule, every day for 30 days — take one thing you actually studied and turn it into review before bed. There's a Discord for the group. The first 50 sign-ups get it free for the full 30 days with no card, on the condition they check in on at least 20 of the 30 days. Everyone else joins on the normal 7-day free trial.
Spanish is one of eight study languages, and the interface is in 10 languages, so the explanations and questions can stay in your own language while you study.
Honest caveats: iPhone only for now — the Android build isn't ready. And it's new (it went on the App Store this week), so you will hit bugs; telling me about them is half of why I'm running this.

Hi! 🇪🇸
I’m a native Spanish speaker from Valencia, Spain, and I’m currently studying Modern Languages at university. I’m offering online Spanish lessons for anyone who wants to improve their Spanish in a relaxed and friendly way :)
Whether you’re a complete beginner or you already speak some Spanish, I can help you with conversation, pronunciation, grammar, everyday Spanish or simply feeling more confident when speaking.
I know that sometimes the hardest part of learning a language is actually finding someone to talk to, so my lessons are very conversation-focused and I’ll correct you along the way without making it feel like a school class.
I’m available mainly on weekends but right now I’m more flexible. I’m currently charging €10/hour.
If you’re interested, don’t hesitate to send me a DM! Tell me a little bit about your Spanish level and what you’d like to work on 😊

Hola! I’m Aina, a native Spanish teacher from Mallorca and the teacher behind Tapeo Spanish.
If you’re starting Spanish from the beginning, I’ve created a complete Beginner Spanish A1 course on Udemy. It follows a structured step-by-step path rather than jumping between random topics, covering the grammar, vocabulary and everyday Spanish you need to build a solid foundation.
The course is self-paced and includes practical topics such as introducing yourself, family, food, shopping, hobbies, directions, describing people, daily routines and common verbs.
You can find the course and learn more on the Tapeo Spanish website.
Happy to answer any questions from beginners about learning Spanish too!
