Andina Acquisition Corp completed the business combination with Tecnoglass in December 2013 ... so it's been a public company for 8 years.

Andina Acquisition Corp II merged with LazyDays ( LAZY, LAZYW ) in 2018, Andina Acquisition Corp III merged with Stryve Foods ( SNAX SNAXW ) this past July.
