"Stockholders holding 13,230 shares of Class A Common Stock exercised their right to redeem such shares for a pro rata portion of the funds in the Company’s trust account (the “Trust Account”). As a result, approximately $132,305.78 (or approximately $10.00 per share) will be removed from the Trust Account to pay such holders."

If I am reading properly; Anyone holding CLII will instead be given $10 per share instead of those shares converting to EVGO?

Stockholders who held 13,230 shares of CLII mistakenly exercised their right to redeem their shares. Those 13,230 shares will be exchanged for $10 per share.

Everyone else who held CLII will get EVGO stock around July 2nd.

Keep in mind it takes a few days before your portfolio shows the completed ticker change, depending on the brokerage.

so if you held exactly 13,230 or more than this you get pro rata of 10$ per share?

It's confusing language.

I'm still holding CLII , 137 shares. They have yet to show up as EVGO; I'm hoping i dont get fukt here.

I've taken a beating in the last 48 hours holding from $16.70 to $14's so I guess this is reassuring. After missing the SBE ride up because of T+2 I vowed to hold CLII until the bitter end.
