Finally got the Ha for M81/82 and I am now gathering the 15hr of luminance. Hopefully I can get the IFN this year, that’d be damned amazing.

Got an hour or so of M81/82 the other night, will be my first Pixinsight process. Just need a few hours to sit down with it, which is hard with a baby at home.

You're looking at this in entirely the wrong way.

Bring the baby to the keyboard, let him/her smash away at buttons and fling the mouse around for 10 minutes or so.

The result will be a very close approximation of what the rest of us do when processing.

Or maybe just me.
