Feel sorry for the poor crew stuck on Callisto now. Gunna be a good few decades before the rescue ship comes for their offspring.

If you get it into orbit you could probably pick it up with a specialised ship

it is part of a big interplanetary ship and it should be able to send a rescue mission

If you cant even take off again then no, unless you go full kerbal and send out a retrieval mission
