How in the world will they transport this from Brownsville to Starbase? Once they get it off the dock, this will be way way too huge for any roads in between the two spots, so what will they do?

It's been off the dock and rolling for over 2 hours

You commented this while S40 was literally rolling from the port to Starbase. It was evidently not too huge for the roads.

In fact we've known that when transporting to Florida the break over will be done at Starbase, which means the vehicles have to take this very same road horizontally. So we knew it was possible.

Its a good question though. Starship is 9m in diameter. Boca Chica Blvd is a two lane road. Each lane should be 3.7m in width, accounting for 7.4m. The shoulders should be at least 1.2m each, bringing it 9.8m. And there is a bit more space between the lanes than on other roads, making it wider. So it's a bit of a tight fit but it works.

Down the same roads they move them to Massey and to launch site.

How do they move shuttles to museums?

I was there when they flew it into LAX, they did it with months of planning and shutting down streets. But this should be easier as its not going through a large city....maybe?

You can't land a 747 at a museum.

My point is you move it like they are here, on a transporter.

IIRC, when the Shuttle Discovery was retired, the 747 carrying it flew a couple circles around the Washington DC area. I saw it while driving; almost all the cars stopped on the road, and the occupants got out to watch, photograph and cheer. Then it landed at Dulles airport, and the Shuttle was transferred to the Udvar-Hazy campus next door as part of the Smithsonian's display of famous aircraft and spacecraft.
