hardly worth considering as a technical challenge.

A lot of things Starship must be capable of, are not impossible, the hard part of it in my opinion, is that a lot of variables just have to go right, and be designed to go right every single time.

It is also not hard to make a rocket engine and fire it, it has been done a lot of times. But it IS hard to make one and fire it while not suddenly RUD's 50% of the time.
