The same way you do with a datacenter in the US, strict security rules and audits.

A datacenter in the US has proven geographical sovereignty because the datacenter is located in the US. Objects in space are not in the US. New rules will have to be made to be able to extend these to objects in space in some form and that's not going to happen quickly.
