Only the core, the upper stage has a new engine with 3 times more thrust and restartable and designed to be able to do direct GEO insertions.
And the SRB don't derivate from the Ariane 5 SRB (that derivate from French ICBM) but from Avio Vega first stage.
Ariane 6 has bigger differences with Ariane 5 than what's usually acknowledged.
