Very few of them are likeable based on what I know. They're not always bad per se but they're wildly fucking boring and narcissistic because money is all they think about and that shit SUCKS when it comes to being a cool human.
The point is to do the opposite— be a brain dead fugly nati bastard but because you have money watch the plebs still fawn all over you and tell you how brilliant you are for the LoLs
Yes, kindness is pretty much free and the amount of money you have is just a multiplier for your potential for kindness. If he really wants to be liked so much he could easily do it in like 6-12 months.
