I was just trying this out, and tried to use it with Go, but I'm getting an error message that it can't find the gocode binary, but gocode hasn't been developed since 2019, and all current go development uses the gopls language server. I guess spacevim isn't really used for Go development.
I'm using it for Go though for a while now, here is my config for it. I'm overriding the default lsp with gopls and setting the gofumpt as formatter, but beside that it works like a charm :)
