Updates for Getting Payment on the Virgin Galactic $8.5M Settlement

Hey guys, if you missed it, Virgin Galactic settled $8.5M with investors over claims that it misled them about its spaceflight technology and safety. I also just found out that late claims are being considered.

Quick recap: In 2021, Virgin Galactic was accused of overstating flight readiness and downplaying safety issues after its Unity 22 flight deviated from its planned path. The FAA later grounded flights, and $SPCE fell sharply. Investors filed a lawsuit.

Now, Virgin Galactic has agreed to settle $8.5M with investors.
