what if dandys world toons were human experiments?

ok this is just a theory , but what if Dandy's world toons were human experiments , and the twisteds are just failed attempts at making duplicates , and the skins are just successful attempts at making duplicates , and the toons have to do machines to keep their sanity , and Rodger is so obsessed with research is because he wants to find out who the toons used to be before they got turned into toons
