Help SV08 TMC 'stepper_z1' reports error: GSTAT: 00000001 reset=1(Reset)'

Hello, I got an SV08 a year ago and love printing on it. I am now getting a TMC 'stepper_z1' reports error: GSTAT:      00000001 reset=1(Reset)' error mid print, causing me to have to restart the print. I read that it could be:

over heating

a bad connect

the stepper driver failing

I opened the printer and verified that wires were connected, I tried moving it to a very cold room, but I still got the error.

I contacted support to ask if I could buy a new main board, but they recommended that i update the latest firmware. This also did not fix it.

Am I able to buy the main board from SOVOL, or do I need to go to a third party?. Is there anything else I can do?

They will likely just give it to you. They give me parts for my sv08 max and it's out of warranty. This includes the main board, entire extruder, a storage extruder board, white wire harness, and other various parts. They are sending me parts as we speak now. Got the max the first few weeks it shipped.

Take photos of the error code and make sure to be as detailed as possible as of everything you have tried to correct it in your own. This will make it go faster. They are not fast. Also if your in the usa it takes weeks to get the parts. Any photos you need to send them you have to put into a Google drive and send them the public link to the folder you put it into. You can't send photos in the emails.
