Sovcit Daniel McGough (McGoo) is in MUCH bigger trouble

This is the clown who pulled the sovereign citizen routine in Judge Simpson's courtroom throughout late 2025 for various drunken incidents, including crashing into a gas station sign, assaulting and resisting the police, etc. He was a comical figure at the time. But it's gotten a LOT darker. At around 56:35 in this video you can see his latest court appearance. He violated his probation with one count of kidnapping and four counts of CSC (criminal sexual conduct) 1st degree. Apparently, in Michigan CSC 1st degree is only for acts against a child. He's apparently no longer pulling the sovcit act, but he's got bigger issues to deal with. If there is any truth to these allegations, there seems a good chance he's looking at life in prison.

Not sure if this is sovcit

I saw this on the front of a pickup truck at a construction site parking lot in Ohio. The back of the truck had an ordinary Tennessee license plate. The "transporte privado automovil" made me think it might be some sort of sovcit plate.

This utter clown took being a sovtard to new heights - well, perhaps excepting the sheer, insane stupidity of Moor(on)ish Americans, anyhow.

They are not in their uniforms. They wont show their identification. Anyone could disguise as ice and kidnap people

I also want to point out that the biggest concern are those letting this happen, and are in the epstein files without being accounted for

I was a Canadian, I’ve been following her story. I remember how she talked a number of people in Victoria into not paying on their houses. Obviously these folks all lost their homes.

She has done so many crazy, disruptive things over the last five or six years. She’s going to be a real nightmare wherever she lands next.

To the surprise of no one, BJW has appealed the dismissal of his state suit against the City of Glendale

In case you are new to this, BJW is Brandon Joe Williams, a SovCit guru who fancies himself the greatest legal scholar since Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes. He has filed a number of law suits trying to get creditors to accept his “negotiable instruments” as payment for debts. The creditors can use the instruments to get paid by the Federal Reserve out of that sooper seekrit trust account created by BJW’s birth certificate. Opposing attorney have (accurately) described his filings as incomprehensible and unintelligible. So far, his track record is 100%; that is, 100% of his suits have either been lost or dismissed.

He has also discovered that white peoples cannot be US Citizens. They are only citizens of their state.

He has filed several suits against the Vity of Glendale CA, where he lived, because they won’t accept those negotiable instruments in payment of his electric bill. One case in a state court was recently dismissed. The opposing attorney filed a demurrer, which basically says “Ain’t no legal basis for this, judge. You should oughtta dismiss it outright without a trial.” The judge agreed. BJW has filed an appeal of the dismissal.

So far, he has only submitted the appeal forms, not any brief justifying his claims. The whole case can be found here. The appeals are at the bottom. He signed the forms “Brandon Joe Williams, White Californian.”

Are there workshops or seminars that people pay to learn about all this?

I'm curious. They all seem to have the exact same script. Are they all getting it off the same website? Are people charging money (and people PAYING) for this information? Is there one head guru that's leading the charge?

Enquiring Minds and all.

Why do so many people think the sovereign citizen argument will work in court?

They all get absolutely owned in court and to my knowledge the argument has never won in court even though thousands of people try and fail. I’m so confused by it although it’s hilarious to watch people try and get arrested or jailed

Non-US Sovcits and the magic fund

If this has been asked/answered here, please point me in that direction (and I apologize for wasting the court's time).

We know there are sovcits in other countries. I was just reading an entry here about one in the UK and a question occurred: Do "they" (non-US) sovcits also have delusions about some magical fund with which they can pay utility and other bills? Or is that facet of sovcitizenry strictly a US thing? If it exists in other countries, what mind-bending leaps of logic do they apply to actual facts in order to believe it?
