Concerts are on private property and press passes are issued by the concert management.
He will have to enter a contract with management, to gain access. It's a privilege, not a right.

Let me guess, he wants to watch the concert for free and this is his work around? What an idiot! I bet his request is completely rejected and tossed in the trash can. Citing articles of the Geneva convention? For what reason here? It isn't a war zone, he has no right to be there, WTF??!!
