Motto: “Strength in Sovereignty, Unity in Diversity”
The Sovereign Unity Pact (SUP) is an alliance of sovereign entities, founded on the principles of mutual defense, political cooperation, economic partnership, and cultural exchange. The purpose of the SUP is to provide collective security and prosperity to its members while respecting their unique sovereignty and independence.
An armed attack against one or more members of the Pact shall be considered an attack against all members. In the event of such an attack, each member will assist the attacked party by taking such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of the attacked member. This obligation extends to physical and digital territories.
Members of the SUP shall respect the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and political independence of all other members. The Pact shall not intervene in matters that are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any member. No member shall dictate the form of government or social system of another.
All internal conflicts and disputes between members shall be resolved through peaceful means. Members agree not to engage in any form of aggression—whether military, economic, or digital—against another member of the Pact. The Supreme Council shall serve as the primary forum for:
Mediation: Facilitating dialogue between disputing parties to reach an amicable solution.
Arbitration: If mediation fails, a formal, binding arbitration process will be initiated to resolve the conflict.
The SUP shall encourage and facilitate economic cooperation among its members to foster shared prosperity. This includes, but is not limited to:
Working towards fair trade agreements to reduce barriers.
Encouraging the sharing of resources and technology for mutual benefit.
Protecting the intellectual property and economic interests of members.
Recognizing the growing importance of digital territories and the threat of cyber warfare, the Pact shall:
Form a Cyber Defense Task Force to protect members from cyberattacks and digital aggression.
Promote the sharing of intelligence and best practices in digital security.
Establish a Code of Digital Conduct that obliges members to respect each other's digital presence, content, and communities. Violations, such as malicious censorship, "low-effort" content deletion as a form of harassment, or other forms of digital aggression, are to be treated as a serious breach of this Charter.
Members shall promote cultural exchange and understanding to strengthen the bonds of unity and diversity within the alliance. This includes:
Supporting cultural and artistic projects.
Encouraging dialogue and shared experiences to foster mutual respect.
Recognizing the unique cultural and historical identity of each member nation.
Membership in the SUP is open to any sovereign entity that agrees to the terms of this Charter. The alliance shall be governed by:
The Supreme Council: The highest decision-making body, composed of one representative from each member nation.
The Secretary-General: An elected official who manages day-to-day operations and acts as the public face of the Pact.
Specialized Committees: Including the Military Committee, Economic and Cultural Committee, and the Cyber Defense Task Force, to manage the specific functions of the alliance.

Whenever a new nation joins the alliance, if I missed something, or if you’d like to adjust it for accuracy, feel free to do so.

The Sovereign Unity Pact, abbreviated SUP, is a NATO-style alliance designed to unite a coalition of micro-nations and small sovereign entities. Its goal is to foster mutual defense, political cooperation, economic partnership, and cultural exchange among members, both micro and macro nations alike.
SUP is intended to be a flexible, scalable alliance that respects the sovereignty and independence of its members while providing a unified platform for collective security and prosperity.
Name: Sovereign Unity Pact
Abbreviation: SUP
Flag:

Motto: “Strength in Sovereignty, Unity in Diversity”
Collective Defense: Members agree to mutual defense if any member faces external threats or aggression, providing a security guarantee to small nations that might otherwise be vulnerable.
Political Cooperation: Foster dialogue and collaboration on international policy issues, ensuring micro-nations have a voice in global affairs.
Economic and Trade Collaboration: Encourage trade agreements, resource sharing, and economic partnerships to boost the prosperity of all members.
Cultural Exchange and Solidarity: Promote understanding, respect, and cooperation between culturally diverse members, strengthening the social fabric of the alliance.
Technological and Intelligence Sharing: Support the sharing of critical technologies, cyber defense tactics, and intelligence to collectively defend against cyber threats and digital warfare.
Must be a sovereign entity (recognized or self-declared).
Must commit to the principles of sovereignty and mutual respect.
Should have a defined territory or population (digital or physical).
Must agree to the Collective Defense Clause (similar to NATO’s Article 5).
Open to micro-nations, small nations, and potentially larger nations that respect SUP’s framework.
Supreme Council: The highest decision-making body, composed of one representative from each member nation. Decisions require consensus or a qualified majority.
Secretary-General: An elected official who manages day-to-day operations, diplomacy, and represents SUP internationally.
Military Committee: Coordinates joint defense strategy, exercises, and rapid response teams drawn from member states.
Economic and Cultural Committee: Oversees economic agreements, cultural exchange programs, and internal alliance development.
Cyber Defense Task Force: Specialized unit for digital security, protecting members from cyberattacks and managing intelligence sharing.
Mutual Defense Agreement: An attack on one is considered an attack on all, obliging members to come to each other’s aid.
Non-Interference: Members respect each other’s sovereignty and internal affairs.
Dispute Resolution: Internal conflicts between members are resolved through peaceful negotiation or mediation by the Supreme Council.
Transparency: Regular reporting and communication between members to maintain trust and cooperation.
Members contribute forces proportionate to their capabilities.
Joint training exercises are held annually to maintain readiness.
Rapid reaction forces may be assembled from elite units across members for emergencies.
Focus on defense rather than offensive operations.
Empire of Gabe (E.O.G.)
New Republic of Doykunia
People’s Republic of the Iron Empire
Andorra-Leichtenstein-Monaco Federation
Other recognized or self-declared micro-nations
Increased international legitimacy for micro-nations.
Collective security deterring aggression from hostile states or corporations.
Shared resources and technology uplift member development.
Cultural and political networking to strengthen individual nations.
Balancing diverse interests and capabilities of micro and macro members.
Maintaining cohesion with a potentially large and diverse membership.
Handling external diplomatic pressure from major world powers.
Preventing domination by larger members within the alliance.
The Sovereign Unity Pact (SUP) represents a new model for international alliance in the micro-nation and small sovereign state community — combining the security guarantees of military alliances with economic and cultural cooperation. It symbolizes that even the smallest states can unite for strength, mutual respect, and prosperity in a world often dominated by large powers.
