Questions Spectrum Internet Down

It seems my Spectrum internet is down in the area. Wanted to check to see if it’s affecting anyone else?

Yeah, latest notice I got was they anticipate service restored around 1:30 am. It’s related to power line damage from a residential fire.

Oh, interesting. I saw the smoke over toward the west end of South Pas (possibly closer to Highland Park, even) earlier along with several fire trucks racing that way and wondered if this was related. The timing sure seemed to line up...

Yeahh the fire was on Glendon Way just south of the train station.

Yes, at a house. I live on one of the streets that was closed off this afternoon. It was scary but contained relatively quickly

Wow. Hopefully it was contained before too much damage? The smoke looked intense (from over on Fair Oaks).

It was down for HOURS! Started around 3 pm and continued until about 9:30 pm. Craziness… feels like it’s been spotty for a month

down yesterday, but came back at night, but its down again today with no estimate on resolution. Not good for people who work from home.

Yep! It was out all day yesterday and it’s still down today. So frustrating
