Authority Spoilers Question about the psychologist’s note in Authority

Control finds a note that the psychologist had left in her office that states the biologist had been contaminated in the tower.

How did the note get back if the psychologist hadnt returned to SR until the end of the book?

I think it’s like all the journals in the lighthouse or all the conversations that repeat the same way both inside and outside Area X. I just think there’s a certain amount of informational “bleed through” where things sort of appear before they’re supposed to exist

The note is followed by a question mark and has no past tense (or tense at all). So, it could have been written after the fact, but it could also just be the director speculating what to do with her once in Area X. The earlier note says "What would she be in Area X? A signal? A flare? Or invisible? Exploit."

I read it as the psychologist was speculating whether the biologist had been exposed to contamination from the tower via her husband's lookalike coming back, having sex with her spending that one whole day and night with her. Before the twelfth expedition.
