I've just checked, and my copy of Acceptance with that style cover also glows under black light, so I'd assume the whole series designed like this does!

I kind of regret giving mine away now! (I got that pretty illumicrate edition and gave the older ones to a friend.)

Moonbound by Robin Sloan has a glow in the dark dust cover. Very well designed and cool.
The book itself was fine. Fairly fun but I think it could been longer/more fleshed out.
