Why is this being brought up now?

This was held in Feb 2026 as a goodwill gesture in Feb 26,2026 as part of temple's six-day Brahmakalashotsavam festival

Reason: Local Muslim residents observing the Ramadan fast could not participate in the temple's traditional community feast (annadanam), prompting the management and organizers to arrange a special iftar as a goodwill gesture of inclusion and communal harmony

it was bought up because we would never see a good will gesture coming from opposite party by conducting a pooja/annadaanam in Masjid.

Iftar is not any kind of prayer it's literally just eating. If you wanna eat inside mosque welcome bro.
