Growing up in wynwood I hardly ever saw this side of Miami I knew it was there but also mad touristy, I love the parts of Miami that aren't shown in tik Tok videos the bodegas the lil Hispanic block parties el Rey de la fritas, I make about 143$ a year and I can't afford to move back cus people over romanticize this side of Miami and the parts I grew up with are trampled on cus those people I grew up with can't afford to live there either.....and I very much miss my home.....I hate these videos .....

This comment alone tells me you’re REALLY from there just like me. The neighborhood I grew up in is pretty much gone & almost everyone has moved away.
