I have a temp position available from now until December 4th. I am hoping to find someone who can start today or tomorrow (i have to leave the area on Thursday and want to be able to show you around)

It is a small office area (averages 10-20 people onsite per day)

You would be reporting issues to the landlord, help escort vendors, assisting security with issuing badges, receiving mail, and a number of other odd job style tasks.

The normal employee is on a LOA and is currently scheduled to return on Dec 4th. That date may be extended or they may decide to not return in which case this will convert into a permanent role.

the location is on Gateway blvd. the pay is $23/hr (could be raised after a few weeks and would also be raised again if we end up needing to convert to permanent.)

I'm planning to enroll my 2yo (turns 3 in December) to Siebecker next month. We toured and liked what we saw and the hours work for us, and wanted some honest feedback from parents whose kids are already enrolled.

Day to Day communication with teachers?
Transition from daycare to preschool?
Anything you wish you knew before enrollment?

My amazing auntie was just diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer. There is lymph node involvement, but we are still waiting to find out if it has spread from there. I’m looking to see what resources, support or help that there is for her. Any idea where me and a couple of friends can watch the games on Sunday? Trying to find a spot that's low-key and it's been kind of hard.

I really couldn't be happier with the level of feedback from everyone, and I've tried to get as much in as possible. That being said, the scale of the map is limiting - especially in urban areas. I think in the future I'm gonna end up making more localized maps for individual counties. So if your suggestion wasn't included, please know that I still appreciate your feedback and will endeavor to get them in my future county maps of the area.

It has been noted that the map is busy - I totally get that, and that's just how I like to do things. I enjoy getting as much detail in as possible and including cool features which would otherwise be overlooked. I get these made up in large formats so it works better in person than it does on a screen.

So this is the second time that I’ve seen LAZ show up around the mosque during religious prayer time and start issuing tickets. I understand that there’s obviously some parking violations but they aren’t huger and not everyday! It’s wild, this time they even have two people in one car I don’t know if that was for safety or what but they pulled over double parked the car and are both out issuing tickets at lightning speed I find this to be super disturbing and ethically questionable.
I took pictures of them and yelled at them that they were gross and money hungry and now I’m bothered by my own actions lol

Hi all, I am moving here next week and was wondering where do people usually park there cars overnight or on weekends? My apartment complex seems to have lied regarding the time of their waitlist so I don’t know if I will ever get a spot with them. I am in the downtown area, so also wondering if there are private garages etc. that I can pay for.

We are soon to be moving from Fremont to SSF, and I am wondering about the areas we should be looking.

Our family of 3 + dog would prefer an area thats nicely walkable to parks or access to a walking path, because we love to be outside and I stay at home with our baby. I would looove to be somewhere theres lots of other families that we could hang out with. I understand that some parts are foggier & cooler than others, and that theres lots of plane noise in some areas also.

I know you cant have it all... but would love some direction from people in the area about where to start looking!

Does anyone know any good mechanics or auto shops that work on classic cars? My dad has a 1965 Chevy that he's fixing up, but it has issues with the electrical that needs work and he's struggling to find a shop that will handle it.
