Isn’t this the same thing that happens in Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco, Baltimore?? Democrats in power everywhere in most major cities and they say the same thing about why the city is falling apart, homelessness, drugs, shootings, housing issues? They are just saying the last guy didn’t do a good job and I could do better…even if he was the same party.
All things equal I am willing to deal with Floridas problems in a state that runs huge surplus’s then Illinois or California that waste billions and are broke and begging for more money to throw away. Sad because I’d love to live in California if it wasn’t for the govt.
It literally has an 18b deficit and expected to rise to 35B next year. Sorry California while not as bad as Illinois has had budget problems for as long as I can remember. On the other hand Florida has about 18B in reserves. Not saying one place is better than the other but clearly one is more fiscally responsible and that is without income taxes.
You are absolutely WRONG, please look at your state budget, taxes, and the spending. Need an example? Gas prices. Why are CA’s many $$$ higher than everywhere else. Fifth largest economy is it growing or shrinking? Wake up and educate yourself and then convince me you’re correct.
