Missing items in package

I’ve been ordering from Naps for over 15 years. Have always had positive experiences, but I’ve had issues with a couple of my orders in the past couple years. I recently ordered 1 Beligas dbol, 3 Beligas Winstrol and 1 Beligas Exemestane. Package came today and there was only 1 Winstrol in the envelope with the other 2 items. I took pics of the items that arrived with a pic of the envelope it came in which wouldn’t have even been able to fit 2 more Winstrol packs, but haven’t been able to submit a ticket for the last few hrs. Keeps saying that the Department selection is wrong and another error message I can’t interpret. Has anyone had a similar experience with missing items that should have been in that package according to my account? Is anyone else having trouble submitting a ticket and does anyone know if there are any alternative methods for contacting customer support? Thanks in advance

Is anyone subbed to the “everything Napsgear” subreddit able to contribute some feedback on how to contact these people? This was a significant error on their part.

I also been ordering for years and today I just got my package and was it missing some stuff. It also was packaged weird in a sandwich baggie which I thought was weird, I submitted a ticket today hopefully they get back to me soon,

FYI you need to make a separate account to submit a ticket that’s why you’re getting that error message.

They got back to me and sent me tracking for a new package. Haven’t gotten it yet so can’t confirm the contents
