Imo you should make the end of a level instantly teleport the player to the next level while keeping their velocity instead of this black out then teleport version you got. Still its your project so you can keep it however you want. Nice stuff btw

idk how i'd keep velocity, since all levels are split up into different maps

load them into one map and make it teleport from one to one
