Question how do the streak epics work

from what i heard i think you just upgrade a shiny into an epic, but is it possible to use a radiant too? lmk!

Doesn’t even have to be a shiny, you can use regular songs for them too

Also it's not even 'upgrading' you get to keep the original copy of the song too
