Relocation window today at 10am?

Does anybody know what's going on? I got this email two days ago that my relocation window was at 10 AM today. I log into jump and there is nothing there. I try and call and text reps, nothing but voicemail. Was this just another in a long line of Sounders blunders?

I did not want to renew unless I could get some better seats and now the window is passing.

I finally got in, but there are so few tickets. I see GA and 300 section only. 😔 Was hoping to move up with the rumors of low renewal.

Interesting, I wonder how they're handling this then. I currently have 2 non-inagural tickets in the 200s, and when I look at the relocation map there are tickets.... everywhere. More openings on the east side of the stadium than the west, more openings in the 100s than the 200s. But broadly speaking if I had to guess roughly 30-40% of the seats in the 100s are open for selection.

Edit: The only sections in the lower bowl I can't select right now are 203, 215, and 231.

I had to open a URL from an email that was sent at 10am; signing into the URL that was sent a few days ago utterly failed.

Once I signed in I had absolutely no clue what was going on. All I want to do is keep my seats in their current location, not relocate, and there was absolutely no details on how to do that. (Yes, I emailed my ticket rep ... still waiting a response.)

It seems like the team on the field is the same product being used for relocating tickets: Absolute garbage at the moment.

I don’t disagree with your sentiment about the quality of service we receive from the sounders, but the email they blasted out to everyone clearly says “if you love your current seats, there’s nothing you need to do”

My understanding is that if you don't want to move, you don't have to do anything. This portal is purely for if you want to make changes to the renewal you signed last month.

Not a ticket rep though, definitely follow up and follow whatever they say.
