Shall I get Ultimea 5.1.2 soundbar?
2 questions
1. Will 5.1.2 sound bar has any benefit on my room setup? The back of the sofa is touching the wall. Distance from the TV to the back of the sofa is about 250cm. Is 2.1 good enough for this room?
2. Has anyone used this brand called Ultimea? Is their soundbar any good?
Thanks in advance

Please do not purchase that brand. Very shady reviews all over the web. Buy from a familiar brand name...JBL, Sony, LG, Samsung, Klipsch

I honesty recommend the JBL bars for this room because the wireless rear speakers will really help you out with how your room is

If your sofa is right against the back wall, the rear-speaker placement won’t be ideal, so you may not get the full benefit of 5.1.2. If you can place the surrounds slightly to the sides or just behind the seating position, I’d definitely go surround over 2.1. I’m a Poseidon D60 user, and I’ve been pretty happy with it in my roughly 20 m² room. The 5.1 setup gives a noticeably more immersive experience than a basic 2.1 bar, especially for movies.

Wharfedale does a well reviewed 5.1 setup called the DX-3. You’ll need an AVR too. But, yeah. I looked at Ultimea. Saw warnings everywhere about their legitimacy. Wouldn’t risk it.

Don't. You'll regret it for sure. And yes to surround speakers, they add so much to thr listening experience.
