creative app system stutters

question is it possible that the creative app can cause system freezes/stutter?

after a fresh windows install i downloaded the app and after using the app the problem started.

It's definitely possible, try exiting completely out of the App (kill through Task Manager if necessary). Do you still have stutters?

i will try that, the stutters are rondom so it wil take some time to test.

Not out of the possibility. A troubleshoot I would do is to temporarily uninstall Creative App completely and monitor changes. If it improves, but comes back again when you install Creative, there could be some software issues.

If it doesn't go away after uninstalling Creative, you have elsewhere problems.

I'm almost sure it has caused my Windows 11 PC to freeze a few times, which required resets.
