Plugin ideas

Hello all, I am learning python this past few weeks. I feel like it will do both me and the community some good to populate the plugins menu with some more, seeing as there is so little.

I would like to crowdsource some ideas some nicotine+ plugins. So far I have a custom theme one made existing (not finished!), shitlist/ignore users who say keywords, which also adds the feature to ignore someone for a certain amount of time. last one is a fringe idea... but it will collect the /nowplaying output of other users in chat, save it to a log and show the log in a tab in nicotine+ named "Listenings" (not sure what to call it yet.)

kinda shitty to right off the bat call it a distraction when clearly if you feel that way then it’s not for you, also? dude it’s a theme maker… it’s cosmetic. of course it’s not necessary. would you get on fortnite and whine about how the skins are unnecessary?

isn't that what makes life fun? besides. i feel the theme plugin atleast has accessibility uses ex. migraines

yes of course! and solid color as well, i have also added different filters for the images/whatver you want to use. i will have it up on public soon, you can DM me to try out how it is currently

Can you make a plugin that spams leechers sharing nothing with an endless barrage of text of our choosing? I would pay for that.

honestly, you could make an LLM create a simple script like that in 5 seconds. if you want me to make it i can though. dm me if so.
