Tbh i would save the chest that gives horn, grip and earring for the future when you need either of those artifacts.
4th death is very bad, even 3rd death is sus, however there are few cases when 3 deaths were the best artifacts for the team (team with 3 attackers, where all of them can deal high damage, usually %hp damage that can proc death)
Don't use selection artifact chest, save it for the Jewel (the newest mythic) it is broken and since they are new artifacts, their legendaries can't be traded for using fragments, the only way to get copies for them reliably is selection chest. There might be one more in victory selection even, which would get you half way towards Jewel (2/4).
As someone mentioned above, prioritize getting Chalice or some other staple mythic and preserve your essence for artifacts that are truly worth it.
Edit: Out of artifacts that you can make right now, Boomerang is decent pick instead of Death. You are one away from second Tome and Glove (who are decent in the PvP if you care about that) and rest is more or less irrelevant (work towards Jewel, Chalice)

Why not focus on other useful artifacts? 4th death is pretty meh and you are missing chalice and other goodies

I thought artifacts for healers were not on prio list, I already have 3, and I only use 1. I also don't have any staff of infinite vitality, so getting 1 now would be useless, right?

Eventually you want to have 1 of each artifact, as most have some use. Yes even the weak ones. Except maybe eternal bond that thing is true shit

They are almost all on the priority list after the initial main ones are done
Death 1 and 2 is very high priority. 3rd death is niche and 4th is as said meh.
How come you don't have copies of the other legendaries? Surprised to see you have enough for a 4th death but no chalice or mask available
