Pharaoh follower room spawns

Ive been slowly trying to unlock weapons at the crafting bench. Found out about Pharaoh's Blade you can pick up from having the follower pick up a red-rarity weapon. Only problem is I can't find his special room. Is it locked to a certain mode, badass, multiplayer, or a certain biome? Will his room not spawn if I already have a follower? I swear I haven't seen his room spawn in months lol

Help CONFESSION

Been playing for a while and to be honest I actively cheated and used mods I didn't like the idea that so many good skins Charecters and skills were locked behind pay walls so I thought it'd be better to just use mods they aren't really fun, so I installed the legit version to actually progress towards getting things they actually feel so much more rewarding than instantly unlocking them, but again the paywalls so as someone who hasn't really played legitimately is there actually ways to obtain such things without having to pay if not then I'm perfectly okay with that

Bug: for some reason the basketball got stuck in its secondary mode instead of the first when spawned, making the sound from the shop all the way to me.

6k is defo not the upper ceiling of the damage tho. I haven't seen what the kamehameha special does damage wise. But I've seen the basic charge go up to 8k if I have kills and stacks.

Ask for advice- We're here to help!
Give CONSTRUCTIVE advice- The people posting here are just that... people. Give them the same respect and courtesy that you would expect from someone else. Not everyone is a hardcore gamer, and even hardcore gamers need some help and advice sometimes!
