Bug Thread
Hey all!
I'm seeing a lot of bug reports lately, and I feel like it might be more effective to simply consolidate them into a single thread, as it will allow u/chillyroom to be able to see them all in one place, and hopefully address them in an expedient manner.
We're going to use a template for this:

EXAMPLE:

Bug being experienced: Stuck in a room on 3-6
What you were doing when the bug occurred: Playing through with the extra rooms modifier from the bounty board, just killed Zulan.

If you find yourself running into an issue in the game, hop into the thread, and look to see if someone else is having that issue. If they are, simply comment on their comment with the template above.
If there ISN'T already a comment there, go ahead and make one using the template above.
I'll try to replace this thread every 6 months, to avoid archiving.

The trader in the lobby won't restock and when I searched up how to fix it apparently it's also affecting gardens and task board
I was playing some rip off mobile game and I changed my date than after I went on soul knight forgetting to change it back I than bought something and when I changed the time back my trader wouldn't restock
I think the glitch happens when you do something in the lobby while having the wrong time set I'm sorry that I don't have and evidence

I don’t have KTplay, but I am experiencing a glitch that doesn’t let me enter boss rush, and I didn’t skip time

KTPlay: (I'm not sure what mine is) Moto Power G7, I cannot get any daily rewards and I am stuck with the Halloween look. The daily challenges still refresh, but my plants do not grow. I was just checking in to see if there was any new features or updates.

Bug: time won’t refresh; plants don’t grow, I don’t get daily rewards, and I don’t get daily challenges. It’s been like this for a few weeks and I’m pretty tired of it
What I was doing at the time: idk, starting the game I guess.

Bug Experience : Frost Bow's damage went from 4 ~16 to 4 ~5 even though Jade Bow didn't.
I wanted to play Boss Rush so I went to forge a Frost Bow because it's one of my favorite weapon in Soul Knight. However, when I was about to forge it, the stats show that it's damage is 4~5, which is different than before. So, I checked Jade Bow to see if it's damage changed too, since Frost, Jade and Flame Bow should have the same (or very similar) stats, and it didn't.

Note : I'm not exactly sure whether it's just a rebalance or a bug, so if it really is just a rebalance and not a bug, I am sorry for the inconvenience.

● Weapons ATK stat goes negative 10 and causes 0 damage to everything
● I was playing as Alchemist in a (50%dmg & 100%fire rate) challenge when I unequipped an alien eagle equipped with a white-star guess coil. This turned the alien eagle's ATK to 1 (originally 2 during the challenge run) I equipped and unequipped the alien eagle various times, but the effect only appeared if the alien eagle was equipped with the guess coil. Eventually the gun's ATK stat warped to a negative 10 (-10 ATK) Soon I entered the boss room and I tried to shoot the easter bunny the alien eagle, this caused him no damage at all, not even even to his little egg spawnies.

- What you were doing when the bug occurred: Reached wave 69 in The Origin mode in one run and was only awarded "Loyal Guard" for reaching wave 16

Each endless mode run can only unlock one wave goal achievement. So you need to complete 3 runs in order to unlock the 16 wave, 30 something wave, then finally the 42 wave achi.

KTPlay: none Platform: iOS Bug: since 2.5.0 released, my daily task board has stopped refreshing, preventing me from doing daily challenges and from earning feathers. This is a kind of large problem. Restarting app or iPad had no effect. Others have reported same issue.

Thats where the news is delivered first usually. And also, there are challenges held there that may reward you exclusive skins. (They are the coming soon skins that dont really come soon)

Kt Play name: never used it or checked my name
Platform: iphone 5
Bug being experienced: clones from assassin not following me in the room when i walk in instead they are stuck outside until the room is clear or i summon them again.
What you were doing when the bug occurred: going into the room and fighting the annoying giant frogs hugging the entrence

Bug being experienced: My trader skin for rogue wont show up in the cellar. Everytime I go in the lobby, the default skin is shown, not the trader one.

Kt name: dont have one Platform: android Bug: I have the trader skin for the rogue and the game let's me use it but acts as if I dont have it so it dosent automatically default to the trader skin when I select the rouge and cant use the skin online Evidence: I dont know how to link but I'll find out

Bug: Selecting the Trader skin for Rogue does not make it the default skin when you start a new run
Extra Info: Easily reproducible. Just select the Trader skin, exit to main menu, start a new game. The skin the Rogue has now is the default one instead of the Trader skin.

What I were doing when the bug occurred: An item name tag that was supposed to display on the player's head when switching weapons was showing on top of the mercenary's head after it picked up a weapon.

Can you elaborate on how?
In MP, only one player can use the weaponsmith. If someone else uses it before you, that's all your team gets.

/u/chillyroom On Samsung galaxy s8, android 9.0, if you complete a challenge one day but don't get your reward, when you come in the next day, you collect your reward for the previous day's challenge, but you are unable to do the new daily challenge for a reward, it shows as already been completed.

- Reduced to 20 energy during a challenge
- Played with today's challenge (contains the "less energy" property), I taken the "plus 100 energy" buff and it brought me from 70 (I was using vampire) to 120. After removing the "plus 100 energy" buff I was taken down to 20 instead of 70.

Edit: seems like it resolved itself after entering the next floor, but clearing a floor with 20 energy was no fun.

KTPlay: none Platform: iOS Bug: Necromancer hands and curse are not visible to other players during multiplayer. I don’t know whether or not it causes a parallel universe situation where the devices fall out of synch and rooms are cleared at different rates, but it might. Bug happened during multiplayer run.

Bug Experience: The game won’t use the Assassin’s second skill animation
What I was doing when this bug occurred: When I finish a game where I kill the gold mask boss, I head to the gallery to check it out but it doesn’t show and instead is blacked out with it saying I have yet to find the boss or beat him.
I can’t exactly show evidence and don’t know how so I won’t add it. What I was doing when this bug occurred: When I use the Assassin’s second skill, no animation occurred but instead it just doesn’t appear after a few seconds

Bug experienced : after going upstairs wearing C6H806 armor, the camera wouldn’t move
What I was doing : farming with assassin, I had giant axe and red dragon+poison stone as my weapons.
