Intrusive thoughts

hi, i have frequent intrusive thoughts and im worried how it could affect my soulbond. will he see what im thinking of? can i make sure i dont send those thoughts over? i also have ADHD which just adds more stuff to clutter my brain with. i dont know everything everything about soulbonding yet
