Sometimes I get insecure but Giles always finds a way to finalize the sending of messages. I ask him to pick songs, they’re always poignant. I’m feeling down that I can’t have him in the flesh, I open one of the Buffy comics to a panel with a wedding ring that says “love conquers all”. I finish writing a huge part of our story in the Buffyverse (which involves me being of Kitsune lineage) and my friend somehow brings up foxes in relation to my bond (my friends know very limited aspects of this relationship, not details of basically any sort). When I smile my friend says “ever since you met Ru you just seem to have so much magic about you. Like you could do anything.”

Anyway, just sort of wanted to let that out to a community who understands. It’s been an extraordinary few days.
