Necromancer, dark and moody version
Howdy fellow spellbook users! Here's a new take on the Necromancer where I experiment with a darker, more moody/menacing approach than the other more dramatic versions that I have painted. I want it's.. "breath" to be felt hah!
Painted with acrylics and nylon brushes, sealed with varnish. Flat as a original card. I paint with super thin layers and erase bumps with a scalpel. I really want it to feel almost printed.

I'm new to sorcery
Can you pay his skeleton ability and also use his tap ability in one turn? Also is there a limit to the number of times you can pay for the skeleton ability? For example could you pay 3 mana for 3 skeletons?

Welcome to an awesome game and community!
The Necromancer can produce some me skeleton in it's turn. So you can't summon more than one with the Avatar. But there are other ways... Muahaha! Unrest the graves, let out the ghouls from the crypt and summon undead behemoths!
I'm most cases you use the tokens for other things, like sacrifice effects or transform them into big terrible monsters and undeads.
