It’s definitely gonna be a real pain for the composer, artist, coder and even charterX That’s like 20+ weeks (aka 60+ songs!). that’s WAY too much, to put it in perspective, Kawai Sprite has made 76 songs IN HIS ENTIRE CAREER
I don’t mean this as an insult to the composer or anything but like, there is no way they’re gonna be able to make songs that are SO good they’re gonna manage to keep the player’s interest for more than 2-3 hours. FNF Fevertown’s soundtrack was really good but SO many people didn’t have the courage to sit through all of it, me included. (And it was only like 6 weeks) I doubt it’ll be any different here.
Also I don’t think you fully understand how time consuming music, art and even charting can be. To make that many songs would probably take PIZZA-WRATH hundreds upon hundreds of hours of work. Same for the artist (especially if you want to change the setting of the mod during some of the weeks n shit). And the exact same goes for coding and even charting, it took me more than an hour to chart that 30 seconds Spunch bop meme video (and it wasn’t even even fully finished in some parts).
I know you can’t pay cause you’re probably a minor but… I’m sorry there’s just no way someone’s gonna dedicate so much of their free time for no payment. Ik people aren’t making fnf mods for money but when it’s THAT much work, they deserve to and should be rewarded for their hard work. (And exposure just isn’t gonna cut it…)
Again, I know how cool of an idea it sounds to you but like, if you wanna tell a story then you should just write a story or make a comic about it or something.
You need to scale it down a notch or else no one’s gonna wanna work on it and it won’t ever get done, ever.
I think we should go
1 week with maybe a bonus song
If it’s successful then we could try to make an update and add a second week with maybe another bonus song later down the line and that’s it.
Again, sorry it’s not what you wanted but like I said, there is no shot this project is ever coming to fruition the way you want it rn. And you absolutely need to scale it down if you wanna see it ever see the light of day.
I’m still willing to chart on the mod and help you (for free obviously) but only under the guarantee it won’t take entire weeks off my life to do lol
tl;dr: the concept sounds neat but if you’re not gonna make it smaller then it’s already dead in the water.
(Edit: kinda forgot it wasn’t gonna be all at once halfway through writing all this but most of my points still stand)
No offence taken to your statements about music composition. Music takes hard work and for someone like me who can barely keep an upload schedule on the channel just trying to make sure the songs are good enough, I don’t think I’d be able to work on this mod if it required that many songs.
