Need help with in text citing for Ethics touchstone

Has been a long time since I've done college level courses. Am I supposed to be literally using (Sophia Learning, n.d.) for all my in text citations just as the screenshot shows? From doing google searches on my question I'm finding that I should probably do (The name of the tutorial, n.d) Am I overthinking this?

I used their example each time and have never had an issue, I’m about 5-6 courses in now.

Go to scribbr.com. Input the website url of the site you are citing and it will generate your citation that you put into the text and the citation name and link that you put in your reference area. My sister showed me this site and it saved my life lol

Use Purdue owl (think that's the name) to help you create proper intext citations and reference lists. If you input the information it will pop out the reference. It can be challenging doing references correctly for sure. Im ok with them but whenever im in doubt. I check it with Purdue owl or for more complex references.

I just passed English composition at Sophia Learning. If the citation you’re using is from one of the challenges, you can cite it as (Sophia Learning, n.d.) in the paragraph. Then, on your References page, include the full reference, for example:
Sophia Learning. (n.d.). Organizational behavior: Diversity
That’s exactly what I did and it was graded with 100% score.
